I want to personally thank you and your staff for the tremendous job you did for me and my family. As you know, I tried for several months to locate my household goods in France. Due to the bankruptcy of the original movers and storage company, my household goods were no where to be found. I contacted several international movers/agents and not one of them could locate my furniture. Finally, through the internet, I found an angel, Roger Gomez, and you never gave up! Finally, after literally months of searching, World Express was able to locate my goods. This isn't where the story ends.

Since the original mover went out of business, there was no itemized lists of the goods in storage. World Express sent their personnel from Paris to the storage facility and comprised a complete list of the items, assist in the re-packing, and coordinate the shipping for export from France to the United States. The re-packing, shipment, and delivery were incredibly quick. This was our third international assignment, and we never received our household goods so quickly and without problems. Even the ease of using your on-line "customs clearance" forms aided in the expeditious delivery of our goods to our home in New Hampshire.
